The SleepingBeaver 30-Night Promise
Try your SleepingBeaver device every night for 30 nights. If after consistent use you are not satisfied with your results, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we will process a full product refund.
No lengthy questionnaires. No hoops to jump through. We ask only that you give the technology a genuine opportunity to work — most customers notice a meaningful difference within the first 3–7 nights.
How to Request a Return
- Email our support team at the address on our Contact page, with your order number and a brief note on your experience.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging where possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
If your device arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for orders where the return request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date, or for items that have been clearly misused or physically damaged by the customer.
