Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Canada: 8–20 business days
United States: 8–20 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and shipping method selected. Shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to become active.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
