SleepingBeaver ships worldwide. Whether you're in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, or anywhere else — we'll get your order to you with full end-to-end tracking.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and preferred carrier. You'll see exact rates before you pay — no surprises.

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–25 business days
These are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to customs processing in your country. All timeframes are business days (Monday–Friday).
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to monitor your shipment end-to-end. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible — we can't guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched. For lost or significantly delayed packages, reach out to our support team and we'll do our best to resolve it.
